Systematech Co. – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Systematech, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational programs. This policy explains your rights for cancellations, refunds, and how tuition is handled for self-study (eLearning) and in-person training programs.

After the 72-hour cancellation window, refunds are calculated based on the portion of the program not completed:

Key Points to Remember

Each class or program requires a minimum of 5 students.

If a course is rescheduled due to low enrollment, students will be notified via phone and email.

Students may choose to:

Attend the next scheduled class.

If the class start date is changed a second time, students are eligible for a full refund.

The eLearning portal access fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This fee is required to provide access to online learning materials and tools.
-
They cancel within 72 hours of signing the enrollment agreement (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays).

They are not accepted into the program.

For home study or combination programs, if lessons are distributed before the 72-hour cancellation period expires, a full refund will be provided even if lessons have been accessed. (Minus eLearning Portal Access Fee)

Refunds are based on the number of lessons not completed.

Once 60% or more of the program is completed, no refund is issued.

Refunds are based on the number of hours remaining in the program.

Example (198-hour program):

Refunds for materials (books, supplies, etc.) will be issued if items are unused and returnable.

Refunds for the remaining portion of the program are calculated using the pro rata formula.

Refunds are issued within 40 days of the effective date of termination.

The effective date of termination is the earliest of:
-
Date the institution notifies the student of termination,
-
Date the student notifies the institution, or
-
End of the sixth month after the student’s last lesson assignment was received (unless the student has requested to remain enrolled).

Systematech is considered to have made a good faith effort to provide a refund if documentation shows attempts to contact the student via certified mail to:

The student’s last known address
-
The student’s permanent address
-
The parent or next of kin, if applicable

Cancel within 72 hours → full refund (minus non-refundable fees).

After 72 hours, refunds are proportional to what has not been completed.

eLearning portal fees are never refundable.

Refunds for unused materials may be provided if items can be returned.

3. Services and Consulting

For services or consulting agreements, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of work completed.

Partial refunds may be issued if services have been partially delivered or scheduled.
