Fists in Solidarity

Empowering a new generation of diverse tech talent

& building a community of partners committed to helping them grow.

Our Mission

Systematech is on a mission to help close the tech-talent gap by fostering a more equitable world. Systematech ITIER program equips diverse and untapped talent with the skills and relationships needed to launch tech careers. We focus primarily on the underserved, underemployed, and unemployed.

INTERESTED IN A PARTNERSHIP

THE NEED

As of 2021, the global tech talent shortage is in a deficit of 40M skilled workers worldwide. By 2030, that number is predicted to more than double, resulting in an estimated revenue loss in the trillions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

US tech wages are 89% higher than the national average

THE REASON

Because we are overlooking and have underinvested in our most precious resource, our people. And that is a crisis that inspired us to take action.

THE SOLUTION

LEARN TO EARN

The program takes a holistic approach focusing on tech and power skill development, mentorship, and career and confidence coaching, to prepare learners of all backgrounds for a paid apprenticeship or job placement in just 8 weeks of part-time training.

EARN TO LEARN

Our employer-partners provide program graduates the opportunity to EARN while they continue to LEARN with a 6 month paid apprenticeship.

  • Apprenticeship opportunity support

  • Skill matching

  • Dedicated employer liaison

  • Earners use new skills  "on the job"

  • Shadow tech professionals.

  • Work in teams to further develop skills & experience

  • Apprenticeship goal is to lead to a full-time role

TUITION SPONSORSHIPS

Community Partners

We believe that a new opportunity should begin with a fresh start and not debt or student loans. Systematech partners with community organizations to provide learners with tuition sponsorship and support for life circumstances.

  • Committed to serving untapped talent

  • Connected to the local community and stakeholders, ideally including social service providers

  • Willing to build new relationships, try new approaches to solving old problems, and learn together

  • Find new oppourtunities for your community

  • Able to sponsor each learner with $5,000 tuition
