Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SystemaTech, we strive to provide high-quality professional training and digital resources. Because our products include immediate access to digital content and third-party examination fees, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the learner and our operational partners.
1. Digital Products & Software
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable software, access keys, and digital course materials are final once the email has been sent.

  • Eligibility: Refunds may only be considered if the digital key is proven to be defective and a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Non-Refundable: We cannot issue refunds for digital products once they have been accessed, downloaded, or if the customer simply "changed their mind."

2. Live Classes & Instructor-Led Training
We understand that schedules change. Our policy for live training sessions is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Requests made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund/Credit: Requests made between 7 and 13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future class.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date, or "no-shows," are not eligible for a refund.

3. Exam Vouchers & Certifications
As noted in our Shipping Policy, industry certifications are managed by third-party vendors.

  • Non-Refundable: Once an exam voucher has been issued or an exam has been attempted, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Failed Exams: SystemaTech does not provide refunds for failed examination attempts. Retake policies are governed by the specific vendor (e.g., Pearson VUE, CompTIA).

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our billing department at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and reason for the request.

  • Approval: Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the criteria above.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 30 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 
Important Note: In the event that SystemaTech must cancel a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the choice of a full refund or a seat in the next available session.
5. Dispute Resolution
We value our community. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please reach out to us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
