1. Digital Product Delivery
Most of our products (including software, digital resources, and course materials) are delivered electronically via email.

• Delivery Timeline: You will typically receive your digital assets immediately or within 24-72 hours of purchase confirmation.

• Method: A download link or access key will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

• Troubleshooting: If you do not see your email within the expected timeframe, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.

2. Industry Certifications & Certificates
Please note that official industry certifications are handled differently than our standard digital products.

• Vendor Issuance: Certificates are issued directly by the third-party vendor (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) rather than SystemaTech.

• Requirement: Physical or official digital certificates are only released after the successful completion of the required class or passing the associated exam.

• Physical Mail: While some vendors provide digital badges, official printed certificates are typically sent via physical mail to the address registered with the testing provider.

• Processing Time: Delivery times for physical certificates vary by vendor but generally take 2–6 weeks following your exam date.

3. Shipping Costs

• Digital Items: There are no shipping fees for any items delivered via email.

• Certification Mail: Standard shipping for your first physical certificate is usually included in your exam/certification fee. Any expedited shipping requests for physical documents must be handled directly through the vendor's portal.

4. Incorrect Information
SystemaTech is not responsible for non-delivery caused by:

• An incorrect email address entered at checkout.

• An outdated physical mailing address on file with the certification vendor.

 
Note: We highly recommend verifying that your name and mailing address are updated in your vendor profile before you sit for your exam to ensure your certificate arrives at the correct location.
