Cybersecurity Support Specialist Level 1
Cybersecurity Support Specialists are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving security-related technology issues. This role supports both internal users and external clients by ensuring secure and reliable access to systems, networks, and applications. Responsibilities may include responding to security alerts, assisting users with secure software access, guiding customers through cybersecurity best practices, and escalating complex incidents to senior analysts. Some specialists work directly with end users to troubleshoot login issues, remove malware, or reconfigure security settings, while others collaborate with IT teams to enforce organizational security policies and safeguard data integrity.
